When a Customer’s item(s) are shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. In the event a Customer's items are returned to our Fulfillment Center for any reason including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer (or adult) was not present to receive and sign for the package, then BIDHAUS reserves the right to charge the Customer for the new shipping cost.īIDHAUS will ship items internationally at the Customer's expense.
BIDHAUS will allow pickups on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. BIDHAUS will make every attempt to ship items within 5-10 business days of payment receipt, barring any unforeseen shipping delays caused by Covid-19. Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at BIDHAUS' sole discretion and the bidder may incur additional shipping charges.
